Application
Your planning drawings will be accurate, and submitted with your planning application + all mandatory documents. After planning permission has been granted, we can prepare the drawings for building control approval.

A planning application submitted by us is unlikely to be rejected.
If it is, however - possibly because of a planning policy change during the time the application was submitted – or if we disagree with the council – we can amend the plans and assist you with the re-submission of your application.
